Currently, if unopposed, these ‘two-in surfers’ will be able to operate their vessels without an ‘observer’. That means that the driver of the jetski will be looking at the surfer behind the vessel and not looking where they are going.

Rodney and his wife Pam are part of the heartbeat and pulse of ‘beachniks’ in this region…Rodney will be missed by many friends, family, art lovers, musicians…The World lost one of the givers.
